Five-member hip-hop unit TERIYAKI BOYZ announced that they will be among the performers at this year's New York-Tokyo Music Festival. The outdoor event takes place on September 22 in New York's Central Park.
The group consists of ILMARI and RYO-Z of RIP SLYME, VERBAL of m-flo, WISE of Kazenohito, and NIGO (the founder of clothing company A Bathing Ape).

Model and actress Yuko Ito is currently hospitalized after an emergency operation.
On the 25th, she began complaining of stomach pains. She was diagnosed with acute appendicitis, and underwent an appendectomy that same day. She is now recovering at a hospital. It is hoped that she can return to work by the middle of next week.
