Former EE JUMP member Yuki Goto, also known as the brother of Maki Goto, will once again be placed under police custody. He was indicted last month on charges of theft, but police suspect he was also involved in a separate incident.
According to the investigation, Yuki and two others entered a construction site at around 2:50am on September 27. They used weapons such as an iron pipe to threaten a 57-year-old male security guard. They tied the guard's hands behind his back, then attacked him when he tried to escape.
Like the previous incident that Yuki was indicted for, he and his colleagues stole copper cable from the site. Police are treating it as a robbery and assault. Yuki has reportedly admitted to the charges.

Teen actress Kaho has been given the starring role in a TV Asahi drama series. The show is titled "4 Shimai Tantei Dan" and is based on Jiro Akagawa's popular mystery novel "San Shimai Tantei Dan."
The original story featured a team of three sleuthing sisters, but the drama adds a fourth. Kaho plays the youngest sister, Yuriko. The other three are played by Noriko Nakagoshi, Natsuki Kato, and Yui Ichikawa.
The drama will air on Fridays at 9:00pm, starting in January.

The "high energy avant-garde pop band" Budo Grape will make its U.S. debut at A-Kon 19, which is being held in Dallas from May 30 to June 1, 2008.
The group is scheduled to perform on Friday, May 30, and will be available for autograph sessions and panels throughout the weekend.
