The popular TBS drama "Onsen e Ikou!" is coming back with a new season. The show has already had five seasons between 1999 and 2005. The new one, however, will take on the slightly different title "Onsen e GO!"
Lead actress Takako Kato is reprising her role as Kaoru, but the rest of the regular cast is being replaced. Like the previous seasons, the story is set at the onsen inn where Kaoru works as a staff member.
The theme song is being sung by Skoop On Somebody, with lyrics provided by Porno Graffiti's Haruichi Shindo. Broadcast begins on September 1 in TBS's "Ai no Gekijo" time slot (weekdays at 1:00pm).

Actress Aiko Ito has been selected to play the heroine in Fuji TV's upcoming drama series, "Aishuu no Romera." Ito is perhaps best known for her role as Abare Yellow in the TV show "Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger," though she has also had plenty of dramatic roles and variety show appearances.
In "Aishuu no Romera," Ito plays Tamaki Nanase, a woman who falls in love with the son of a hospital director, with whom her mother previously had an affair. But when she discovers that the director is the reason her mother committed suicide, she casts aside her feelings of love and becomes filled with hatred and a desire for revenge.
Actor Tsuyoshi Ujiki has also been cast in the drama. The show will run in Fuji TV's 1:30pm afternoon slot on weekdays, starting on September 29.
