Singer aiko has been tapped to do another movie theme song, this time for the film “Darling wa Gaikokujin” (“My Darling is a Foreigner”). Based on an autobiographical manga series by Saori Oguri, the film stars actress Mao Inoue (23) and actor Jonathan Sherr.
aiko’s song, titled “Mukai Awase,” is her first movie theme since 2005. No release date has been announced yet for the song, but the movie opens on April 10, and aiko has scheduled a nationwide tour starting the same month. She also has announced that she will release a new album on March 31.
