Yuki Kashiwagi (17) of idol group AKB48 has been given a regular role as a weathercaster on the new TBS wide show “Hiruobi!” It is rare for a high school student to be chosen as a regular television caster.
“Hiruobi!” begins on March 30, airing weekday mornings at 11am. Kashiwagi will appear on the show on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
