Charts: Masaharu Fukuyama’s 10th number-one

Masaharu Fukuyama led the singles chart this week, with his “Keshin” selling 131,000 copies. The song, being used as the theme of Fuji TV’s “Majo Saiban” drama series, is Fukuyama’s 10th number-one single, making him only the third male solo artist to reach that milestone, after Masahiko Kondo and Toshihiko Tahara.

GLAY’s “I am xxx” was #2 at 40,000 in sales, barely edging out the “K-On!” insert song “Fuwafuwa Time.” Other new songs in the top ten were released by abingdon boys school (#4), Sukima Switch (#5), Erina Mano (#6), and Garnet Crow (#10), while the latest “Quiz! Hexagon II” song came in at #8.

“Relapse,” the newest album by rapper Eminem, took #1 on the albums chart with over 46,000 copies sold. This beat releases by Kiyoshi Hikawa (#2), DJ MAKIDAI (#4), Janne Da Arc (#5), Mariko Takahashi (#7), and Fujifabric (#8).
