Idol Chisato Morishita (28) caused a car accident last week, it has been learned. The incident occurred at around 3:00pm on March 26 in Tokyo’s Shibuya ward.
Morishita was driving in the direction of Shinjuku on National Route 20 at the time of the accident. She signaled and attempted to change lanes to her right, but she did not notice a truck in that line coming from behind. The front right side of Morishita’s car hit the front left side of the truck, causing some damage to both cars’ bumpers. Fortunately, neither Morishita nor the male driver of the truck were injured.
