Kabuki actor Ebizo Ichikawa (32) and newscaster Mao Kobayashi (27) are now officially husband and wife. Their agencies revealed on Monday that the couple registered their marriage on March 3.
Ichikawa and Kobayashi surprised everyone last November when they revealed that they were in a serious relationship. They held a formal engagement ceremony on Christmas Eve, and at a press conference in January, they declared that they were planning to hold their wedding this summer. At the moment, it appears that the wedding will likely take place in July.
