On Wednesday, NHK announced its choice for the heroine of next spring’s Asadora, titled “Hitomi.” 19-year-old Nana Eikura was selected from an audition of more than 1,600 candidates.
Eikura will play the part of an aspiring dancer from Sapporo who moves to Tokyo, where she lives with her grandfather and his three foster children.
