Fujifabric vocalist dies at 29

Masahiko Shimura, the vocalist and guitarist of rock band Fujifabric, passed away on December 24. He was only 29 years old. According to the announcement posted on the group’s official website, the cause of death is currently unknown.

Fujifabric’s management stated that Shimura had seemed healthy and was not suffering from any chronic illnesses.

The band’s remaining three members plan to continue with their music careers, though the future of Fujifabric is still undecided. Two performances scheduled for December 29 and 30 have been canceled.
