Monday closed the International Nail Expo 2006 in Tokyo. At each year’s expo, the Nail Queen awards are handed out, and this year’s winners included Kyoko Fukada (Actress Division), Kumi Koda (Music Artist Division), and Becky (Talento Division). Three other prizes were awarded to figure skater Fumie Suguri (Sports Division), Girolamo Panzetta (Mens Division), and Akiko Wada (Special Award).
