On Sunday, Watanabe Entertainment announced the winner of its 2nd B-Girl Audition. 15-year-old Hitomi Miyake, a first-year high school student, took the prize out of a field of 18,253 hopefuls.
The previous competition’s winner, Miki Hayashi, made her debut as a voice actress in the “Code Geass” anime series in 2006. Miyake is following in her footsteps, entering show business with a voice acting role in that series’ sequel, “Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2,” which premiered on Sunday (April 6).
