Tomoyasu Hotei is facing possible prosecution for an incident that happened in June between him and singer/author Ko Machida. Hotei is being accused of assault, causing injuries to Machida’s face, chest, and other areas that took two weeks to heal. The case was referred to the prosecutor’s office on Tuesday.
