Music group AAA has issued a formal apology for a recent incident involving graffiti.
In mid-July, the group visited an area known as High Rock near Baltimore, Maryland, to take pictures for a CD jacket. Members used spray paint to write phrases such as "JPN AAA 2007" on surrounding rocks.
After returning to Japan and posting a picture on their blog, they received many complaints and criticisms through their website. They have formally apologized to local authorities in Maryland, and are apparently discussing how to make amends.
