Rina Uchiyama will star in a WOWOW drama special titled "Kodoku no Utagoe," based on Arata Tendo's novel of the same name. Uchiyama plays a female detective seeking a serial killer committing a string of bizarre murders. At the same time, she has to confront her own traumatic past.
The drama is scheduled to air in November. Other cast members include Seiji Fukushi and Taro Yamamoto.
