Teen actress Riko Narumi will take on her first voice acting role for the Japanese dub of the fantasy film "The Golden Compass." The movie, based on the first book in Philip Pullman's "His Dark Materials" trilogy, is directed by Chris Weitz and stars Dakota Blue Richards, Nicole Kidman, and Daniel Craig.
For the Japanese version, Narumi will be the voice of Pantalaimon, the companion of the heroine Lyra.
The movie opens on December 5 in the U.S. and on March 1 in Japan.
