At the 39th Japan Cable Music Awards on Saturday, pop diva Kumi Koda claimed the top prize. She also won the award in the Most Requested Artist category. Kiyoshi Hikawa's "Ikken" won for Most Requested Song, while Ayaka won for Best New Artist.
