Comedy duo Oriental Radio, hosts of the late-night variety show "Orikyun," are making their move to prime time. With Fuji TV's recent decision to discontinue "One Night Rock & Roll," it was decided by the network to move "Orikyun" to the vacant time slot. So starting on January 17, Oriental Radio's show will be aired during the second half of Fuji TV's "Sui 10!" (Wednesday 10:00pm) hour, with the first half being occupied by "Cocorico Miracle Type."
This move is actually an impressive accomplishment for Oriental Radio, since it is unusual for entertainers to enter prime time so quickly. The pair barely formed in 2003 and made their major debut when they appeared in the M-1 Grand Prix in 2004.
