The top overall choice was Teppei Koike, followed by Tsuyoshi Domoto, Hiroshi Tamaki, and Toma Ikuta (who tied with Koike for the #1 choice by girls under 20). Koichi Domoto and Yusuke Yamamoto tied for 5th.

A related survey asked the women which female celebrity they wanted to imitate in terms of hairstyle and fashion. The top 3 choices were Yuri Ebihara, Masami Nagasawa, and Shoko Nakagawa.
