With Father's Day coming up, the Best Father Yellow Ribbon Awards were formally presented on Tuesday. Actor Toru Nakamura was the recipient in the entertainment category, while Olympic-medalist archer Hiroshi Yamamoto was honored in the sports category. The other awardees were author Ira Ishida (culture), Shimojo mayor Kihei Ito (politics), JR East president Satoshi Seino (business).
