Starring Kiichi Nakai as a doctor dealing with his final days as a cancer victim, the drama received additional attention this past week with the death of actor Ken Ogata, who plays Nakai's father in the show. Ogata passed away on Sunday after five years of battling liver cancer, making this series his final television appearance.
