Yoichi Ito (30), the keyboardist of the five-member band GOING UNDER GROUND, has decided to leave the group. On Saturday, the band announced the departure on its official website, explaining that Ito was leaving for family reasons.
Ito's wife gave birth to a son this past November. In order to focus on raising the child, he decided to take a break from his music career. His last performance with the band will be on the 18th, the last day of their current tour.
