The hit song "Kiseki" by GReeeeN has set a new record. First released as a single in May 2008, the song has now achieved 2.3 million chaku-uta full downloads.
Last September, Thelma Aoyama's "Soba ni Iru ne" was officially recognized by Guinness World Records as the record holder. At the time of the application, "Soba ni Iru ne" had reached 2 million chaku-uta full downloads. It has since then increased to 2.29 million, but "Kiseki" has overtaken it. GReeeeN submitted their application to Guinness on Friday.
