The #1 single this past week was Koichi Domoto's "Ayakashi," which moved 151,000 copies. This is Domoto's second solo single, and his first also topped the charts back in 2006.
Yuzu's new song came in at #2, while a joint single from AAA and Saihuun made it to #3. Acid Black Cherry, Aqua Timez, Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi, and Erina Mano also landed in the top ten.
On the album charts, Coming Century - the younger half of idol group V6 - claimed victory with a mini-album titled "Hello-Goodbye," selling 54,000 copies. The trio has released two singles and a best album before this, but they had not achieved a #1 ranking until now.
Other top ten albums this week include a new release by ACIDMAN, the soundtrack from Kiyoshiro Imawano's funeral, and the "Ainori" theme song compilation.
