Former figure skater Midori Ito (40) recently announced on her blog that she has remarried. Her agency stated that there are currently no plans for a ceremony or press conference.

Because her husband is not in show business, Ito chose not to reveal his name or other identifying details. However, she did mention that they had been dating for a while.

Ito once was a world champion in figure skating, and she won a silver medal in the 1992 Olympics in Albertville. Since her retirement, she has mainly been active as a commentator. In 2004, she married stage musical actor Masaru Yamaki (44), but they divorced two years later.
