Idol group SKE48 announced on Wednesday that three kenkyuusei members have graduated as of September 30. The members are Aika Maekawa (12), Fuka Oshima (13), and Seika Hayashi (12).
Maekawa was a first-generation member, while Oshima and Hayashi were part of the second generation. Through discussions among the girls, their guardians, and the group's management, it was decided that they would graduate from SKE48. No specific reason for their departure was given, though the announcement hinted that they will be pursuing other activities.
Maekawa is scheduled to appear on stage during a performance on October 6 to say farewell to her fans.
