The 22nd Megane Best Dresser Awards, given annually to recognize celebrities who look good in glasses, were handed out on Tuesday at the Tokyo Big Sight. This year, young actress Mao Inoue (22), who has been wearing glasses for more than ten years, won the prize in the entertainment category.
Actor Toshiaki Karasawa (46) was honored in the sunglasses category. Talento Suzanne (23) received the special prize, given to a celebrity whom people would like to see wearing glasses.
The rest of the awards went to actor and writer Koji Ishizaka (culture), Akira Nagatsuma (politics), and Fast Retailing president Tadashi Yanai (business). In the politics category, Akira Nagatsuma (49)
