- Best Actress: Mary Elizabeth McGlynn
- Best Actor in a Comedy: Dave Wittenberg
- Best Actress in a Comedy: Debi Derryberry
- Best Cast: Fullmetal Alchemist
- Best DVD Package Design: Fullmetal Alchemist
- Best Anime Theme Song: "Rewrite" (Fullmetal Alchemist)
- Best Comedy Anime: FLCL
- Best Anime Feature: Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
- Best Short Series: FLCL
- Best Long Series: Fullmetal Alchemist
- Best Manga: Fruits Basket
