Actress Misaki Ito and comedian Hidehiko Ishizuka have been chosen to host the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards Japan. Ishizuka remarked on their unlikely combination, “If you were to compare us to foods, Misaki-chan would be mille-feuille and I would be daifuku.”
The awards will take place on May 26 at the Saitama Super Arena.
