Kagrra to disband in March

Rock band Kagrra announced on Thursday that it is planning to disband next year. Their last performance will be a concert at Shibuya’s C.C.Lemon Hall on March 3, 2011.

In comments made by Kagrra’s members, they indicated that they could not continue with the band in its current state. “Right now, we’ve done all that we can do and want to do as Kagrra,” said guitarist Shin.

The band celebrated its 10th anniversary this year. Before their final concert, they will release one more album titled “Hyakki Kenran” on February 2, then hold a 5-concert tour on February 13-25.
