Rock band kannivalism has announced that its drummer, Mitsuya, will be leaving the group. His departure is said to be due to personal circumstances, but no further explanation was given.
kannivalism made its major label debut in 2006. In January 2008, they went on hiatus due to vocalist Ryo being treated for an adjustment disorder, but they resumed activities in August 2009. Mitsuya joined the band at that time.
