Katsumi Takahashi dating, looking to remarry

Actor Katsumi Takahashi (49) is headed for his second marriage, it has been learned. The latest issue of Josei Jishin reports that Takahashi’s girlfriend is a woman 20 years younger than him, and the actor’s agency has already confirmed the relationship.

Josei Jishin spotted the pair wearing similar outfits while on a date at a soba shop at the end of September. After their meal, they went back to Takahashi’s high-class apartment.

Back in April, a tabloid reported that Takahashi was living together with a woman, but that rumor was officially denied at the time. His agency has apparently changed its mind, now acknowledging that the pair have been dating for about a year with marriage in mind. However, the company emphasized that marriage plans have not actually been decided yet, and that the media will be informed if and when such an announcement is ready.

Takahashi previously married in 1995 to a woman involved with theater troupe Gekidan Nakama, but they divorced about 4 years later.
