“Kaze no Haruka” star takes to the stage

19-year-old actress Eri Murakawa, who starred in the NHK Asadora series “Kaze no Haruka,” has landed her first stage role. She will play the female lead in “Utahime,” a production by theater group Tokyo Seleccion Deluxe. It is being directed by the group’s leader, actor Takayuki Takuma, who writes and directs under the name Mikio Satake. The play runs from the 11th until August 5 at the Shinjuku Theater Sun-Mall.
