Kenji Sakaguchi seeing Yumi Sakurai?

Actor Kenji Sakaguchi (33) has a new girlfriend, reports this week’s issue of Josei Seven. The woman is fashion model Yumi Sakurai (28), well known to readers of magazines such as JJ and CLASSY.

According to Josei Seven, Sakaguchi was seen last Sunday picking up Sakurai in his car, and the two went for a meal at a sushi restaurant. They later checked into a hotel, and when they left the next morning, they were seen hugging several times.

The pair apparently got to know each other through their mutual interest in surfing, though the magazine did not say how long the two have been dating. Sakaguchi’s agency declined to comment, saying that this is a private matter. Sakurai’s agency stated that it has not heard anything about the relationship from her.
