The General Insurance Association of Japan (Sonpo) has revealed its 2008 poster model for its long-standing Fire Prevention Poster campaign. Out of more than 59,000 applications, young actress Kie Kitano, who turned 17 earlier this month, was chosen for the role.
Past poster models include Seiko Matsuda, Noriko Sakai, Aya Ueto, and Erika Toda (last year).
