Kimutaku to star in new romance series

Fuji TV’s next Monday night drama will star the popular Takuya Kimura (37). Although several of his dramas during the past decade have had elements of romance, this one is being described as the first one centered on a love story since “Beautiful Life” in 2000.

The new drama, which is currently untitled, has Kimura playing a company president for the first time in his acting career. However, Fuji TV has chosen not to reveal any other details right now, so the network seems to be holding back for a big announcement about the drama in the near future.

The series is expected to start in April, but a May premiere seems to also be a possibility.
