It was learned today that the final episode of Fuji TV’s Monday night drama series “Konkatsu!” achieved a 10.5% average viewership rating in the Kanto region. As a drama in the network’s typically popular “Getsu 9” time slot, the ratings have been below expectations all season, but the show made a small rally in ratings with this finale.
The show, co-starring SMAP member Masahiro Nakai (36) and actress Aya Ueto (23), achieved a rating of 16.3% for the first episode, but it dropped to 11.2% for the second. The third episode brought the series below the 10% mark with a 9.4% rating. The tenth episode, which aired last week, slipped to 8.8%, the record worst for a “Getsu 9″ drama.
