NTV announcer Maria Saito, 30, left the network at the end of August. NTV issued a statement on Monday through its website, explaining that the announcer has decided to focus on raising her two children for the time being.
Saito joined NTV in 2000. Two years later, she got married and gave birth to a son. She returned to work a couple years later, but she had her second child in early 2007.
