This week’s Shukan Josei reveals that actor Masanobu Katsumura (47) has been living separately from his wife and his daughter since this past spring. Katsumura, who has been married for almost 18 years, reportedly acknowledged the fact that he and his wife are living apart, but he emphasized that it is not a divorce and that they still have a good relationship as a couple.
Katsumura’s agency was reached for comment, and it confirmed that the actor and his wife have been living separately for half a year. However, the agency said that it does not know any details beyond that.
