Masayuki Suo film entered for possible Oscar nomination

Japan has chosen Masayuki Suo’s “Soredemo Boku wa Yattenai” (“I Just Didn’t Do It”) as its entry for best foreign language film in next year’s Academy Awards. The nominations for the category will be announced on January 23.
