Megumi Okina now a mother

Actress Megumi Okina (30) became a mother earlier this month. On September 15, she gave birth to a healthy daughter weighing 2,984 grams.

Okina got remarried to a salaryman this past March. She was previously married to Susumu Fujita, the president of IT company Cyber Agent, from 2004 to 2005, but they did not have any children together.

Okina plans to return to work next March, when she appears in the stage play at the New National Theatre Tokyo.
