Actress Miki Sakai (32) is now a mother. Her first child, a boy, was born on Thursday evening, weighing approximately 3,580 grams.
Sakai has been married since 2008 to a university hospital doctor four years older than her. She announced her pregnancy this past October, and she has been on maternity leave since late last year. She plans to return to work after she physically recovers.
