Natsuki Mizu to leave Takarazuka in September
Natsuki Mizu, a current top star for the Takarazuka’s Snow Troupe, held a press conference on Friday to announce that she is leaving the company.
Her final performance will be on September 12 at the Tokyo Takarazuka Theater. The title of the musical has not yet been announced.
Mizu joined the Takarazuka Revue in 1993. She started out with the Moon Troupe, but after multiple changes, she ended up with the Snow Troupe in 2005. At the end of 2006, she succeeded
Hikaru Asami as the troupe’s otokoyaku.
In 2007, Mizu formed the pop group
AQUA5 with four other Takarazuka actresses:
Mao Ayabuki,
Kei Otozuki,
Oto Ayana, and
Kaname Ouki. So far, they have released three singles and one full album.
