Noriko Aota, Koji Tamaki reveal romance

Talento Noriko Aota (42) and Anzen Chitai vocalist Koji Tamaki (51) unexpectedly announced on Saturday that they are currently in a relationship. Both of them separately informed their fans through messages on their official websites.

Aota has been an Anzen Chitai fan for a long time, and the two first met about 20 years ago. At the time, Aota was making her singing debut as part of the idol group C.C. Girls.

Sources say that the pair began getting closer at the start of this year, through meals with mutual friends. They soon began meeting on their own, and now they frequently visit each other’s homes.

Tamaki has already been through three divorces, the most recent of which happened last year with actress Mariko Ishihara (now Mari Ishihara). Aota has also been divorced once. According to a source close to Aota, the two are currently not planning for another marriage.
