Oguri meets Ganesha in drama special

NTV has announced a drama special titled “Yume wo Kanaeru Zou,” starring Shun Oguri, that will be aired this winter.

The comedy is based on a best-seller by Keiya Mizuno. Oguri plays Kouhei, an unreliable salaryman who one day meets “Ganesha” (a Hindu god depicted with an elephant head), played by Arata Furuta with a Kansai dialect. From that encounter, Kouhei finds a way to turn around his life.

The drama has already finished filming. NTV has not yet announced the show’s broadcast date.
