On Friday, NHK revealed its male lead for next year’s morning drama series, “Gegege no Nyoubou.” The drama, first announced this past April, stars Nao Matsushita (24) as the wife of “Gegege no Kitaro” mangaka Shigeru Mizuki. Rising actor Osamu Mukai (27) has been selected to play the part of Mizuki.
“Gegege no Nyoubou” is scheduled to run next year from March 29 to September 25.
