The most recent issue of Shukan Josei reports that 43-year-old actor Shinichi Tsutsumi has a new girlfriend. The rumored woman is 27-year-old actress Rui Tsurumizu, who appeared in the 2004 NHK Asadora “Tenka.”
They reportedly began dating after appearing together in a play called “Yoshiwara Gomenjo.” According to the magazine, Tsurumizu has been seen visiting Tsutsumi’s Tokyo apartment.
