The 2009 Nice Couple Awards were presented on Saturday. The awards are part of the Nice Couple Day campaign surrounding April 22 (which can be read as “yoi fufu,” or “nice couple”).
This year, one of the honored couples was actor Sho Aikawa (47) and his wife, former actress Kumi Aochi (49). The other couple receiving the prize was actor Hiroshi Katsuno (59) and talento Kathy Nakajima (57).
