Shotgun marriage for talento Tachikawa

24-year-old Eri Tachikawa, who has been serving as a reporter on the TBS show “King's Brunch,” is getting married. Her partner is a 30-year-old plastic surgeon who works at a hospital affiliated with Juntendo University.

The couple was introduced to each other several years ago through Tachikawa’s older brother, and they began dating this past June. Tachikawa is currently 3 months pregnant. The two plan to register their marriage soon, but will hold the wedding and reception in March. They have already started living together.

Tachikawa left “King’s Brunch” at the end of December. It was also recently announced that one of the show’s regulars, announcer Noriyuki Hasumi, is getting married in February to announcer Eri Daitoku of Tohoku Broadcasting Company.
