Subaru Shibutani in minor car accident

Kanjani8’s Subaru Shibutani (28) was involved in a minor car accident over the weekend, it has been learned.

Early on Saturday morning, Shibutani was driving in Tokyo’s Shinjuku ward. Approaching an intersection, he tried to stop for a red light, but he ended up colliding with the rear of the car in front of him. The bumper was damaged, but neither Shibutani nor the male driver of the other car was hurt.

Police say there is a possibility that Shibutani’s car slipped on the road, which was wet due to rain.
